Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Rudd Creative, you agree to the following terms.
Payment & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and for work to begin. The remaining balance must be paid once the work is complete and before final, unwatermarked files are supplied.
Design Process
Please provide all relevant information, wording, images, logos and brand requirements when placing your order. Your design will be created based on the information and requirements you provide.
Revisions
Reasonable amendments to the original design are included. A complete change of concept or additional work outside the original request may incur an additional charge. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before the work is carried out.
Turnaround Times
An estimated turnaround time will be provided when your order is accepted. This is an estimate and may vary depending on the project and how quickly information, content and feedback are provided.
Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order. Any additional payments made will be considered based on the amount of work already completed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Final Approval
You are responsible for checking all spelling, contact details, prices, dates and other information before approving the final design. Once approved, Rudd Creative cannot be responsible for errors that were present in the approved version.
Images, Logos & Content
You must have permission to use any photographs, logos, wording or other material you provide. Rudd Creative cannot be held responsible for copyright issues relating to content supplied by you.
Copyright & Use
Once the full balance has been paid, you may use the completed design for its agreed purpose. Rudd Creative retains ownership of original working files, concepts and unused designs unless otherwise agreed.
Portfolio & Social Media
Rudd Creative may display completed work on its website, portfolio and social media to showcase previous projects. If your work needs to remain private, please let me know before work begins.
AI-Free Design
Rudd Creative designs are created by a human and are not generated using generative AI. Design software, fonts, licensed assets, stock imagery and client-provided materials may be used where appropriate.
Printing & Third Parties
Rudd Creative cannot be held responsible for changes in colour, quality, cropping or other issues caused by third-party printers, social media platforms or other external services.
Right to Refuse Work
Rudd Creative reserves the right to refuse work containing illegal, discriminatory, hateful or otherwise inappropriate material.
Agreement
Payment of your deposit confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
